My bad luck, served by a crooked lier
It was terrible, the shift manager on August 16 changed my room type to one king bed, which can’t accommodate 5 people. He was a lier and pretend he didn’t who changed it. It is absolutely pointless to argue with a heartless people period. after 7 hours driving that night, we have to find another hotels 30 minutes away.

The staff had a laundry issue I had my family only had 2 towels until morning of checkout we were in town for a funeral this was totally un pleasing staff only could say they were having a laundry issue.
