Clean and Quiet Central Tucson Retreat

Modern, open concept living area. Charming private patio with chiminea. Roomy master suite with a walk-in closet. Great home for entertaining or just relaxing and watching your favorite movies. Minutes from the University of Arizona, fabulous shopping and restaurants. Very secure gated neighborhood with a 2-car carport and ample parking if needed for guests. A Queen bed in each room and the large sectional in living room can also accommodate one or two persons if needed. The kitchen was just remodeled and has granite countertops, brand new appliances, stainless steel backsplash and new tile floors. No carpeting. No Pets. NO Smoking

Chasing the Sun
We were home in Tucson for a 3-week visit. We chose this townhouse for its proximity to the Loop trail and Rio Vista nature park. We were able to walk to restaurants/pubs/groceries. It was perfect! Clean, quiet, and a pleasant pool area too. We look forward to visiting again.

My daughter and I were in town for the gem show. We had a excellent stay. The accommodations were perfect for us. It was clean, nice kitchen, beds were comfortable. We felt very safe there. Easy to get a hold of the owner and she quickly responded. Would definitely go back!

The house is very comfortable, with everything needed for a smooth visit to Tucson. Sandra was a superb host, who addressed a couple of minor issues and answered all ?s in a timely manner. The property was close to everything which was great! The host was very nice and said she would be available at anytime. It is a relief to know there is someone dependable to contact in case of an emergency (even though we didnt have an emergency of any kind). Kind of gives you a peace of mind esp when traveling! Two wonderful days.
This property was better than expected as listed. We wish we planned a longer stay. Easy to locate, clean, a beautiful modern home away from home in a safe environment. The neighbors we happened to see were friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the peacefulness and the mountain view from rear patio. The location was close to quality restaurants and stores. Highly recommended.
