It is a good place to stay short term. The hotel was nice enough to provide what we needed, as at first there was nothing for the kitchen of dishwasher or soap or a sponge. The dishes were well used and left in the dishwasher, made it smell really awful. Had to ask for a dishwasher pods to run another cycle to get rid of the smell.

The staff was awesome as was the location, as it was close to the events I was attending at the university of arizona and pet friendly. however i was on the first floor and their was non stop noise as doors were being slammed, it felt like I couldnt park where i wanted as Days in was very close and had sketchy people always hanging out outside all hours, and homeless people everywhere.

Expedia is the one that made the mistake I was supposed to be booked in for two large King rooms with jetted bathtubs Expedia made the mistake I did not send it over the VIP I did not receive I overpaid for rooms and I'm in a queen bed rooms I tried contacting customer service and I was just given the runaround now I'm going to file civil litigation in the $35,000 unlimited amount and damages that's where Expedia will be served with civil litigation and they're going to spend $15 to $20,000 answering my lawsuit I'd ask that my account be credited back the entire amount of this trip I asked that my account be refunded in time out of this trip I did not receive anything that I booked and the accommodations were not VIP the hotel itself is five star the staff was five star Expedia and dropped the ball Expedia is negative five stars customer service was no help whatsoever I've been booking through Expedia but I believe this will be ending my relationship with a Expedia for this false breach and lack of providing what I paid for this is in no way shape or form the properties full this is strictly expedious issue Expedia is the one that made this problem Expedia is the one that will be sued Expedia is the one that failed to deliver what I paid for the property management did everything they could to try and correct problem but it was impossible because there's only six rooms with the jetted bathtubs which two of them I booked two rooms for which they did not have

The staff was professional and welcoming- this was our favorite aspect. The room and facilities were in excellent shape. The property is in a great location with easy access to I-10 and much of what's happening around Tucson. We plan to stay again.
