I Won't Be Staying Here Again
The water glasses near the coffee machine seemed clean and had paper covers on them but there was about 1/4 inch of water in both of them which makes me think that the glasses were not sterilized but just rinsed in the room. But who needs sterilized drink-ware in the age of Global Pandemics? We needed the use of a microwave so my wife called the front desk. Front desk said they would send one to the room but it never arrived. Lastly, we had the misfortune of being woken up by barking dogs in the nearby rooms. I reported these issues to the front desk at checkout. The only response I got was um-hum, um-hum, um-hum. Which makes me think they don't care.

The service was great from the moment we walked in to the hotel. The outdoor pool area is absolutely beautiful. The room was comfortable and clean. The beds and pillows were more comfortable than most places I’ve stayed..

My biggest complaint was the ac didn't work very well. When i rent a room i want a cold dark room and this one was muggy for our Tucson weather. They did bring us a box fan and it did seem to help a little.

I appreciated the friendliness of the staff at the front desk. The grounds were clean and well maintained. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of outdoor room entrances and did not know that is where my room would be located. I wasn't concerned enough to cancel and move elsewhere. Speaking of fans, my bathroom did not have one. A ceiling fan that is. Very stuffy. Lastly, if the AC was not on, I could hear neighbors talking. Not cool.
