Firstly, I don't appreciate being charged a fee for parking, as the room rates are high enough. The bathroom sink spout was loose and moving around. The room cleaning service was ok but far from excellent. The huge picture window in the Lobby in front of the hotel needed major cleaning, as the mountain views was being obstructed buy the dirty windows. I think overall, this hotel is on the decline, as I have been going there for over 15 years and can see the decline. happening every year. Time to look for another hotel.

Great Hotel, clean rooms, great food at the restaurant. Everything was close by if you wanted to eat some place else. Dislikes: Paid 15.00 a day for parking and said they have a Continental breakfast included with stay, but that’s not true they charge 20.00 per person. The spa was fantastic! But the pool was supposed to be heated and it was not!

15.00 PARKING FEE A NIGHT FOR a plain parking lot.
While this was a very nice hotel. I was shocked on getting my final bill, that they charged a 15.00 a day parking fee, to park in a plain non-covered, not watched or secured, no valet, and parking lot. I did not see anything about this fee when I was booking the room on Hotels. com, and only after getting the fee put on each night of a 4 night stay, only found it at the bottom of their website under FINE PRINT comments not on anything about room and booking fees on the room and cost information. As a result I would not stay there or recommend anyone does. As the parking lot was No way a resort type parking secure situation.that would JUSTIFY a 15.00 a night parking fee.

One thing I did NOT appreciate was buying a lemon drop martini in the hotel restaurant and being charged $8.25 for the vodka and $4.00 for the martini. It just seemed ridiculous. That's like charging for the meal and an extra charge for the silverware. So I would never recommend eating there.

My only problems were the 12lbs weights were missing in the gym and some of their patrons were loud walking by our door in the hallway late ant night and someone’s dog kept barking at 4am. Although I felt safe, the hotel was clean, and the staff were very polite and friendly. I have stayed here at this Hilton many times over the years and will continue…

GOOD SERVICE * POOR STAY
We arrived after 8 hours driving from Temecula, CA. Our room looked perfect on our arrival, but we came to discover the heater/air conditioner was inoperable. After freezing for some hours, we called the front desk. The engineer tried to fix it twice before suggesting we change rooms as it was broken. It is now 11PM. We changed rooms with one 3 doors down the hall. It was the perfect temp when we came in and the hotel helped us move. Then the problems began. People across the hall and next door were beyond loud and obnoxious. Well into the early hours of the morning they were cruising the hall, partying, and loudly knocking on doors. We called the desk 2-3 times and security came. The excuse given by the abusive party was that they had a baby who was really having a bad night! With a little over 1.5 -2 hours of sleep we had to make an appointment the next morning across the street which was why we selected the hotel in the first place
