Great Breakfast and kitchen staff
The breakfast was really good and the breakfast area was very clean. The lady that was working on Sunday morning in the breakfast area was very accommodating and made sure everything was refilled, kept clean and was very friendly.

Great Downtown Tucson Stay
The hotel was great! Perfectly situated in downtown Tucson. Staff was friendly but especially those that worked breakfast. The food trays, supplies was never empty; during our 4 night stay had breakfast every morning and at different times. The staff kept the area cleaned, wiping down tables, emptying trash bins, keeping the food trays filled, and greeting everyone as they came in. They were really awesome! The pool/rec area is great. Theres a fire pit we hung out by after dinner one evening. Parking was good, we didnt have any major issues. The only issue was when we arrived the first day and wasnt sure where the parking was because the gates were down. But once confirmed, no issue going in or out and there was plenty of parking. The hotel is within walking distance to several shops in the area. There's a streetcar stop nearby; highly recommend use around the downtown area. Univ of AZ isnt far either. Overall great stay and would definitely stay again when we're in the area.

The only issue is that the parking garage is very small so I wasn’t able to park in it even though I paid. They refunded the $$ so not terrible, but had to use street parking a few blocks away

Great location
Nice location in downtown Tucson to visit downtown and the National Park. A bit of road contraction going on right now, but it really wasn't a problem. Many restaurants within a short walking distance.

Great hotel
I've stayed at this hotel multiple times visiting my university student. We love the location, breakfast, and pool area.Beds are comfortable. Only complaint is that room cleaning was supposed to be every other day. We were there 4 nights and our room was never cleaned. I don't worry so much about my bed being remade, but fresh towels, replenish of paper products, and emptying the garbage would be appreciated without having to chase it down...

Great thing is we received early check in. Bad thing - our reservation was for a king bed - our room had 2 queens. Lack of parking when we paid for parking. Free breakfast - oatmeal and yogurt ran out by 9 am. No one cared to refill it.
