The tub was awful..wouldn’t drain, shower head only low flow, double—handle faucet!! In need of face-lift on sink & counter.. couldn’t get alarm off; household check those!! Wouldn’t stay again!

Overall, this hotel is a good value. 1.) The breakfast far exceeded expectations 10/10. 2.) Bed was a sinkhole and very uncomfortable. Mattress should have been replaced long before. Changed room on 2nd night which helped some. 3.) Occupant next door decided to try out his new subwoofer from 3-4 am. Lobby clerk did trace the source and stopped it; problem recurred the following night. 4.) Convenient location on main artery and walking distance to many good restaurants. Again, some problems to endure, but good for the price.

The toilet screamed when you flushed it. When the heat came on and off it rumbled very loudly! There was no hot water in the morning. We called Expedia who cancelled the reservation, but charged us $150 to do so. We will never stay there again!

Not high end by any means. Room is a clean and fairly well maintained. Showers are tad high unless 6 foot tall or nearly that tall. If looking for a fair hotel breakfast and nice room , prices are quite good. Would I stay again if in Tucson- yeah I would.

Breakfast was good compared to most places that offer continental breakfast that turns out to be just pastries and fruit. I didnt see an elevator but i could have missed it. Also, it would be nice if they update the property so it's comparable to the LaQuinta near the airport.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I felt very welcomed by Shay and Jessica at the front desk. I also see the maintenance guys hard at work to make sure the property was functioning. Everything was clean. I'll will stay here again.

Was ok. Place definitely looked tired. We jad 2 queens in our room. One was sunken it and the other had alot of lint in the sheets. Paint was chipped in corners,the toilet and shower were stained. The hot water wouldnt turn off after taking a shower and dripped all night. I informed the staff whom did offer a replacement room.

We went to our room and it hadn’t be cleaned. Went back to desk and got another one. The room wasn’t always cleaned well, trash was gathered and left in the room or not taken out. The breakfast was hit and miss. No milk for two days, no plates one day or much of anything. Seems like the person who does the ordering did a very poorly job and no one went to the store to get the items that were out, like plates and milk!!!! The last two days it was good, after their order came in. The rooms are comfortable, but the bathroom fixtures could be updated. One of the ice machines was out of order. The staff very friendly and helpful.
