Great staff, room needs some work.
The staff was great, super helpful and you could tell they were hard working. The condition of the room was pretty rough, in need of some repair and upgrading. The beds were excellent. A suggestion - maybe you already do this but stay in this room (304) one night from the point of view of a guest. Perhaps you can gather some insight.

A nice stay
Overall a nice place to stay. Carpets in public hallways need replacement. Room very spacious and comfortable. If you want to use their guest laundry be sure to have your own quarters.

The hotel itself is pretty ran down. It has a musty smell. I felt horrible for the manager. She had to come into our bathroom and change out parts of the shower that were broken because she said that her maintenance guy was only there a couple times a month she also had the front end staff help her, they were beyond nice. They all deserve raises, but the facilities themselves need to be upgraded. Like I said our shower was broken and did not work and the poor manager had to fix it herself. The carpet had a musty smell throughout the whole location I would not stay there again. There was huge chunks of paint and parts of the wall that were missing in our bedroom , as for the cleaning staff, I had to ask them three times if they could please change our bedding, we stayed for five days. They only change the bedding once and never came in and cleaned our room. Staff was amazing except for the cleaning staff.

We liked everything about this hotel the breakfast was fresh everyday multiple things to choose from. Quite & clean. The only this to complain about was over were we parked by the pool cause our room was right there on 1st. Floor there was a suv with flat tires busted back passenger window busted exp tags since 21 taking up parking spot.other than that i give you all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
