The Front Desk Clerk was very friendly and helpful. The hallway carpets, and elevators needed a good cleaning. Our room had lots of handicap access, which we were fortunate that we didn't need. But, we could see that the extra attention to handicap safety was good.

Prime location at Tucson Airport. Helpful and pleasant front desk staff. Quiet. Urgent need of renovation—-carpets, furniture and bathrooms worn and grotty. Spend more money on housekeeping: dirty.

Military jets fly over often. Very noisy. The room was very convenient for access to outdoors for our pets. I was surprised there was no refrig, microwave or coffee in the room. The coffee in the breakfast room was awful, strong and bitter. The chairs in the breakfast room have been well used. Bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was good, but there was no milk alternatives, that was a huge thing for me as I am lactose intolerant. The coffee was not good at all. The star of the breakfast was the waffle maker. The staff were all nice. They need renovation in the pool area, it was over 100 degrees and none of the umbrellas would stay up, they were all broken.
