Wonderful stay in Oro Valley!
This was our first time in Oro Valley. This home is beautiful, spacious set in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Daily walks around and to the neighborhood park we met lots of great people. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We had an amazing stay - daily swims, lounging by the pool, bike rides and hikes. We were visiting from MN to get away from the cold and spend lots of time outdoors and it didn't disappoint. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

On line photos don’t do it justice!
The home is absolutely beautiful, spacious, beds are comfortable, kitchen is amazingly well stocked, which is very rare to find in a VRBO. All the rooms are larger than they appear in the photographs which again is not something you run into very often. We had great communication from the host and could not have asked for a better neighborhood. The location right across the street from a nature trail gave us a beautiful spot to watch sunrises and sunsets. We would happily stay there again.

Great stay over the holidays
We had a great family get together over the holidays. The place is very well stocked, clean, comfortable beds. There is a pool table, ping pong, basketball court, swimming pool… plenty to keep the kids entertained without resorting to their screens. It is in a great location. Quiet. Great family party
Myself and my three children, their spouses, and my grandchild stayed there. We enjoyed our stay a lot. We barely went out because the house has so much to do. We did a lot of cooking. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, cups, bowls and every tool you need to cook. It had a portable crib and high chair for my grandson. This place is perfect for a family party or reunion. Vincent is a wonderful host.

Fantastic home!

Vince is an amazing host! He had the house stocked with more things than you would normally find at a rental property. Abundance of fresh white towels, super soft and comfy beds, basic cooking supplies, and even extra ping-pong balls for the ping-pong table! You need to stay here and bring all your friends!

Excellent stay in Tucson
We booked this house in Tucson and are very pleased that we did. The home itself is very spacious and had everything we needed to make meals and have a great time. The pool, basketball hoop, ping pong table and pool table were all used by our family and provided great entertainment. The host provided toiletries and had plenty of towels, blankets, and places to relax. The location is a little far from the main sights that we came to see such as Saguaro NP (45 minutes) and the day trips to Chiricahua and Tombstone, however we knew that when booking and decided to choose this location due to many restaurants with good reviews and an upscale area that was still affordable. If I were to return to Tucson, I would choose this home again.

The booking process was very easy and the Owner is very responsive and helpful. The House offers a great open floor plan that works wonderfully for family vacations with the Pool, Ping Pong, Basketball and Pool Table; there is something for everyone. The house is very well appointed with regard to the kitchen and the supplies needed to enjoy "cooking in". The area is quiet and this particular property has an open natural view outside the front door not obscured by a house across the street, but rather natural desert landscape. Closely located to so many Tucson necessities including the market, restaurants, Starbucks, hiking/biking, shopping, and more. I would most definitely book this wonderful property again and highly recommend!

Adequate with privacy concerns
My husband and I recently spent 2 months at this property. We are long time users of VRBO and have never provided less than positive information on a property. However since we rely on others to make our assessments of a property we felt we should make an exception in this case. We had several issues we will share with future visitors. First, there is an action activated camera and recording device in the garage. This is important because in this case the attached garage is in some respects an extension of the house. The trash cans and an extra refrigerator as well as the visitors car is located in the garage causing the visitor to often be viewed and recorded. Additionally there is an action activated camera at the front door pointing not toward the street but toward the front door of the house thereby viewing all interactions of guests and their visitors at the front door. We unplugged the device but thought others should be aware of this. Second, we were asked to pay for the heated pool costs. This is clearly not spelled out anywhere in the VRBO information about this property. We were not aware of this provision until shortly before our arrival.
