When we first entered the room we found a bowel movement floating in the toilet and there was only a used roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. The fire alarm was missing off the ceiling, and overall the room was not clean. This was bad enough that we just left, we didn’t even want to ask for a different room.

Self Service Stay
The air conditioner took three days to finally cool down. Room service only would come once a week (Wednesday). Dirty linen and towels had to be taken down to the lobby in replace of fresh linen and towels.

The rates were great, rooms are clean and well maintained, staff is friendly, location is excellent, and in a safe part of Tucson.

The staff was friendly but the room was dirty. There was pizza sauce on the floor by the bed. The floor in the whole room was sticky. We saw a couple bugs.
