I came to property to check in a little after 3pm and the type of room I reserved was not available. I was not able to check in until more or less 445pm. This was inconvenient I had to waste time and gas when I have been resting.

We stayed for 5 nights over thanksgiving. The room was well furnished and clean. The carpet is dated and needs to be replaced. We went to the breakfast bar once and did not care for it. Parking was very convenient. The trash containers remained full and were not emptied during our stay. It was a good value and the location was convenient for us. We will likely stay there again.

Old- and trashy.
This place is not the greatest. We booked the place last min, and they allow pets- We ended up not bringing our dog, but could not cancel and had to stay. I would go elsewhere , or book an AirBnB if you need a kitchen type place -

A lot of space, but some cleanliness issues.
There was a leak of brown fluid from the upstairs bathroom and whisker shavings in the upstairs bathroom sink. We only stayed for one night so didn’t bother contacting the front office.

My apartment was big, but really needs to be renovated. Bedroom was nice and so was bathroom......but the kitchen is awful. Terrible equipment, old and inadequate.......plus my microwave wasn't working and was replaced with one so small that a plate would barely fit in it. I doubt I would go back.

Enjoyed our 4 night stay.
We were a bit concerned with the reviews of the hotel on another website but we’re pleasantly suprised. The hotel is a bit tired and needs a bit of TLC but the rooms were large and airy, great aircon and we got a free upgrade to a loft which would have slept a family of 6 Breakfast was very good but finished at 8.30 am! Area is good for site seeing as well

Property needs to update their marketing ASAP. This place is the furthest thing from a suite. I had this room reserved for over nine months for a family weekend because it was supposed to be a “suite” big enough for our family. The room was spacious, but disgusting! If it hadn’t been after 9pm on a Friday night when we arrived, I would’ve left immediately. There was dust everywhere. A used Band Aid in the drain of the tub/shower. Loose hairs in the sink. Stained-worn out sofa. A crack in the dinette table. Stains and jelly like stuff in freezer and the best for last…. A wet towel hanging on the rack. I’ll stop there.

Sonesta ES Suites a 3 Star Hotel….not a 3 star hotel. We stayed at Sonesta ES Suites room 624 in Tucson Arizona from Oct 21 – Oct 25. When you open the door the first thing you see is a filthy carpet, I don’t think it’s been vacuumed in quite some time, walking with socks on is proof of that, they end up being black on the bottom. The ceiling fans had a ½ inch of dust on them and only one worked but was seriously out of balance and was making so much noise you had to turn it off. The stove which we didn’t use but noticed that it was covered in grease. There was mold in the caulking around one of the bathroom showers. The housekeeping crew only comes to replace towels/linen if you schedule it, and it looks like they need to be retrained on how to properly clean a room. The room that we had has a fire/smoke alarm controller for all the other units in the building, this controller makes rhythmic clicking noises that are loud enough to keep you awake at night and the maintenance people can’t do anything about it. The front desk Staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful. This hotel charges you $5.00/day for parking. For $225.00/day this is not what we expected.
