We always stay here when flying out of Tucson. Half hour from airport parking lot. Friendly staff. Great price.

We checked into this property and made our way up the elevator. The door opened and the smell was very strong of bleach and mold or something. Very strong. We went in the room and not bad however we proceeded to leave and across the way on the door was a giant neon orange sign that said that the room was not safe to occupy and closed down by the city. We went downstairs asked for our money back and left.

Staff is great. But she is all alone. Mopping the floor when we walked in. Checked us in. Was shuttle bus driver. Two staff is minimum in a decent hotel, if even for staff safety.

Room was not cleaned well. Dust and dirt on the floors. Blood stain on the carpet and curtains. Shower tub was broken, you could hear it crack when you walked on it. Front desk staff not helpful. Carbon monoxide sensor missing. You could see hole with cables sticking out.

We encountered 2 cockroaches during our stay. The carpet and couch were stained. The towels looked old and over used. We stayed in the 4th floor and the light fixtures as you exit the elevator and a few on the hall way are not working so it made the hall way too dark.

Must be the dirties hotel I ever booked. Needed to find a hotel for family weekend. Most were booked because of so many families coming for the same event. The hotel is dirty, old, chairs have holes in it, the mattress is so old is yellowish. The water was cold. Even the tv wasn't working.

The property was convienient for the airport, not so for dining. Mini suite was nice but old and needed a little TLC. Price was higher than i wanted, but adequate, i should have researched costs more. Breakfast was surprisingly OK, better than many i have tried. Coffee was very good. Choice of TV in breakfast room was about autopsies - not really a good subject while eating!!!!!

Came from out of town, 5 hours away looking to relax. Found that our hotel room had ants, and I’m not saying a handful, it was INFESTED. I let front desk know and they had no other rooms available. We checked out immediately and just drove back home.
