What’s with the hot water?!
This was the first time we stayed at this hotel. My wife and I visit Tuscon near monthly to visit our daughter in college and are looking for a real reliable place to stay regularly. First let me say that we liked the location being that it was slightly away from the main through street and is situated in a business park. The hotel was clean, the staff are friendly and the continental breakfast tasted great. The only poor review that I would give about our recent say is the water temperature. We had to take lukewarm or cold showers most times when there as we were told by the front desk that “there is a circulation problem” in the hotel. We were told to turn on the faucet in the sink, as well as the kitchenette and then the water faucet in the shower to see if it would resolve the issue……..but it didn’t. If the water temperature issue gets resolved we would definitely stay there several times a year. But after a long day you want to take a nice hot shower and that’s not something I come to expect from Marriott hotels. If this issue gets resolved I’d love to hear back from the hotel and try staying there again.

Couch cover had huge red stain, sensor in the corner of the room had a piece of paper towel covering it, stains on shower curtain, ran out of shampoo (after they had cleaned the room even though we asked them not to), bed was too close to A/C half the room was freezing the other half hot, ice machine out of order, an elevator was out of order. The staff was all friendly.
