This beautiful, completely remodeled and newly furnished 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo has everything you would need or anything you could ask for in a vacation spot including use of his and her bicycles and walking sticks!

With nearly 1K SF of space, this choice condo has ample living areas with a split floor plan which keeps the bedrooms on opposite sides of the house for additional privacy. You know you're in Tucson as the décor epitomizes the "Old Pueblo" throughout. Nothing was overlooked when it comes to your comfort here - there are upgraded home features like quartz counters, a spacious living room with a huge HD TV and a sound bar and a comfy sleeper sectional - just in case you need extra sleeping space. Modern appliances, coffee pot, new cookware and dishes allow you to prepare and serve meals easily if you choose to stay in.

The master bedroom has a cooling mattresses and bedding designed to help ensure a good nights sleep. Black out curtains and a king size bed seal the deal! Or if you feel like it, just watch tv in bed all day!

Have to work while here? No problem - the guest bedroom is equipped with a desk and a queen size bed. Good luck staying focused though as the views from the guest bedroom window are exceptional. You are, in fact, at the foot of the Catalina mountains and breathtaking views abound.

Your stay includes a reserved, covered parking space, electronic keypad entry (which will be customized/changed for your stay for your safety), free WiFi, a washer/dryer in the unit, and a private covered patio that overlooks one of the pools. Speaking of pools - this complex, has 3 resort-style pools (2 are heated in the winter months), hot tubs, BBQ's, fitness center, nature paths and a very modern clubhouse.

Ideally situated 1.3 miles away from Sabino Canyon - and nestled in a prestigious part of Tucson, you have easy access to fine dining, shopping and local attractions. Convenient shopping centers are just 1/2 mile down the road - if you feel like it, take the bikes!

Golfers look no further! There are three famous courses nearby for you to enjoy. World class shopping and dining at the upscale La Encantada Mall is just a short drive down the road too.

Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy hiking trails and biking paths. Mount Lemmon is a short drive - and they have skiing in the winter.

What makes this property different than all the others? Attention to detail, homeowner care (I am reachable day/night and live just down the street) and location, location, location!

Note: The pools are open and all three are heated (to a constant temperature of 82 to 84° year around). The gym is open too!

Everything was perfect both inside and out. Inside was very relaxing and comfortable. Nice pool and hot tub in view and just 30 seconds away. Large grocery store just 1/2 mile away. Even used the barbecue which worked well. Can't go wrong with this choice.

Located in the eastern edge of the Catalina Foothills, this condo was clean and well appointed for a relaxing stay. Short drive to hiking and outdoor activities in Sabino Canyon and Saguaro NP (Rincon Mountain). Great communication with the host and we will return!

Comfortable spot near Sabino Canyon
We enjoyed our time at the condo for the month of February. It was very comfortable for my wife and I and we had guests for a few days. It is a great jumping off spot for exploring Sabino Canyon or other areas around Tucson. The pool and hot tub, and grills are nearby and in great shape. We have stayed at the Greens of Ventana several times and have really enjoyed all that the area has to offer. The owner of this condo was really communicative and a pleasure to work with as we prepared for our stay.

Perfect for our needs
Beautiful location away from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to campus and downtown - within 20-30 minutes with traffic. Clean and nicely decorated. Great access to mountains and trails. We will be back for sure. It was a great place for our family to stay while moving our Wildcat to college! Sandy was an exceptional host.

Family Reunion
The location was perfect as the reunion was in the clubhouse so we were right there. I didn't realize when I booked it was so close. It was HOT as in 110-115 but we did enjoy the pool one day in the afternoon and several days in the early morning .Our time was spent with family, visiting and eating way too much. Lovely stay near Sabino Canyon
We had a lovely stay. The area around this condo is a great place for families. Lots of stores and dining close by, and my family was able to enjoy a hike in Sabino Canyon together. Highly recommend for anyone needing a clean, safe place to bring their family!
