The kitchens are well stocked and so convenient. Having a separate bedroom is really nice. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the area felt safe. It was close to shopping, food, and a really great location for the gem show- which is why we were there. The only downside of the place is the traffic noise. But it didn't bother us too much. The freeway and an onramp to the freeway are right next to the hotel. So be aware that if you're a light sleeper, you might want ear plugs or a white noise machine.

Just like a furnished apartment room

We are frequently use this hotel because it's comfortable, convenient ( washer & dryer installed in each room) . It's like a furnished apartment. We will come back again for sure.

This is a wonderful hotel and we highly recommend. We travel frequently and were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the hotel and amenities. The rooms have a kitchen with full size fridge and washer/dryer. We always travel with laundry pods so it was nice to pop in a load of laundry during our one night stay. The room was quiet. The fitness center is fabulous with all the weights, core bags, mats and ketlle bells in addition there are tread mills and it is a nice size for a hotel. One wall is all windows so it is nice and bright. They have a wonderful patio area with fire pits and parking is well-lit and safe. Again, we give this hotel a 5 stars and will certainly stay again when we are passing through….

They told me that there is pet charge $125.00 for 3 nights staying. There was a previous reviewer mentioned the same things and the manager kindly lowered to $75. I told the manager on duty that day I could pay $75 also. She refused in the beginning and finally she realized that I only stay for 3 nights and agreed with it. Landscape around the property all covered with rocks and gravels. It’s not pet friendly property. Plus it’s by the highway the noisy is coming through the wall. I will not go back to this one.

New Years Eve

My wife and I tried the WaterWalk hotel as it was in close proximity to the UofA Basketball game. Hotel was very presentable, clean and new. We liked the decor. Room was very comfortable & new. There are lots of close things like Whataburger, QT, Walmart and a great Chinese Buffet across the street. We did have an electric outlet issue where the TV was on the same circuit as the light. We called maintenance and they fixed it. I would stay here again but were aware of the noise from the freeway and also they were out of basics like Cofee, Tea & hot chocolate which was one reason we selected this.
