Amazing pool and staff but very remote location
The big pool was really amazing and so were all of the people who I encountered such as at reception and in the kitchen (to ask for ice). The beach was lovely and private with small waves. The rooms were average ... not very big and ants were crawling along the baseboard in the bathroom though not anywhere else. The problem though was the location. The Uber driver couldn't find it so it took us a very long time to get there and my friends said because of the location they would not stay the 2 nights that we booked and we left after one night.

Local lindo e maravilhoso, uma vista de tirar o fôlego.. mais o atendimento e a limpeza tá muito longe de bom, parece que foi abandonado o local, não tem administração, não tem atendimento, cheguei no local fiquei perdido, pessoa q me atendeu nem achava minha reserva, depois d mais de 30min achou, fomos alocados e um quarto diferente da reserva, com cheiro de mofo terrível, geladeira enferrujada, parece que guardaram peixe podre, banheiro estava com presente no vaso, e chuveiro cheio de areia…olha não vou descrever todos os detalhes, mais certamente e um local que nunca mais vou voltar, e torcer para não ter pegado alguma virose… local muito sujo… não tem bebedor de água…só comprando…

Minha estadia não foi boa, pois apesar da pousada ser pé na areia, o quarto que fomos alicados tinha parede com mofo, banheiro não estava bem limpo, vazando agua do box com tapete imundo, roupa de cama manchada e com um cheiro péssimo. O café da manhã era bem simples, somente duas variedades de frutas, sanduicheira suja, suco horrivel. Só conseguimos entrar na piscina no primeiro dia, pois daí em diante, a piscina ficou imunda, com placas de protetor solar boiando, alem de muito cabelo, o q dava nitidamente pra perceber que a piscina não era limpa, mesmo com muitos hóspedes na pousada. Cabe aqui um unico elogio para o sr José que nos recepcionou com muita simpatia.

A estadia foi boa, mas acredito que a pousado pode melhorar quanto alguns quesitos, tais como: melhor atendimento por parte dos funcionários, poderiam ser mais receptivos com os hóspedes. Quanto a limpeza, também poderiam melhor, pedi limpeza um dia, mas quando cheguei só haviam arrumado a cama e não haviam tirado o lixo do banheiro. Precisei pedir papel higiênico na recepção por que não foi resposto. O Local da pousada é maravilhoso, vista linda, e café da manhã razoável, percebi que nos finais de semana eles acrescentam coisas no café, como pão de queijo e a croasaint, que não tinha nos dias de semana.

Ubicación frente al mar excelente, tal cual se ve en las fotos. El personal super amable todo el tiempo. Agregaría un poco más de variedad al desayuno pero está muy bien. Volvería a elegirlo sin dudas

Pousada excelente, local espetacular, o único problema que avalio ruim é o da alimentação, como fica em um local afastado do centro da cidade e as opções de alimentação são o café da manhã, que é incluso na diária. Em relação ao almoço, existe a opção de um "prato feito", a preço aceitável. Mas para a noite, não existe nenhuma opção, tivemos que pedir "ifood".

Eu, minha filha e nossa pet fomos recebidas de braços abertos e todos na pousada fizeram de tudo para tornar nossa estadia a melhor possível!! A pousada é petfriendly e eles reservam suítes mais afastadas pata tornar a estadia dos nossos bichinhos a mais tranquila possível! O Sr. José, gerente, é muito simpático e acessível, muito preocupado com o bem estar dos hóspedes! Claudia, a responsável pela cozinha, uma pessoa adorável, sempre preocupada se estavamos satisfeitas com a comida! Enfim, toda a equipe da pousada sempre pronta a atender da melhor forma! A pousada passa por melhorias e vai ficar ainda mais top!!! Vamos voltar com certeza! Ambiente muito familiar!
