Überwiegend positiv...
Ein gutes Haus mit dicken Natursteinmauern, das die Hitze außen vorlässt. Die Ausstattung innen ist gut und gemütlich, auf der Terrasse jedoch wünscht man sich bequemes Mobiliar, solches fehlt vollständig! Im Übrigen sollte ein Haus, das sechs Personen Wohnen lässt auch für jede dieser Personen eine Pool-/Gartenliege anbieten – vorhanden sind lediglich zwei! Kleine Anmerkung: der Gast sollte nicht selbst bei zwei von drei Fernbedienungen der Klimaanlagen die Batterien wechseln müssen, bevor sie in Betrieb gehen können! Ansonsten gut geeignet für einen Urlaub fernab vom Trubel, daher ist ein Mietauto unabdingbar!

Traditional Style Modern House with Highly Useful Equipment
We were probably the first renting guests of this new (re)constructed house and enjoyed the big and well equipped kichchen and living room. This house offers a nice patio for those, who love outdoor barbeque, cooking and eating in a round of 6 people under a sheltering roof. Everything is done with love for detail and quality. WIFI was working perfectly! We enjoyed the beds with their mattresses and warming blankets and enough towels of good quality. Therefore, even without any need for heating in december/january (or optional air contitioning) we had a good sleep. It was very quiet - no traffic - and dark in the night - with closed window shutters! We got used to the automatic patio floodlight during the early night - in future this on one hand convenient feature might be modified into a warmer ambiente. There is one bathroom with a shower in the spacy main house for 3 x 2 adults, e.g. a group of 6 friends, or a family of 6. There is another bathroom in the patio back yard with cold water. The wind powered water pump in the patio filling a small shallow water pool for 3-10 years old kids tends to be a highlight for children. The small swimming pool for adults is perfectly fenced in and locked - a very perfect safety issue with respect to small kids. You definitely will need a car going for shopping. Daniel, the owner was helpful, he lives in the northern part of Fuertoventura. We can imagine coming back again and recommend this individual accomodation!
