No heat no problem
Overall, a great stay. Our heater wasn’t working and the gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and was able to move us to a room just a couple of doors down to help minimize our move. We greatly appreciated that.

I like the breakfast. It's quiet. I like the giant king sized bed. It's a convenient location. The staff are nice. The shower door is weird and leaks where the hinge is. I don't like its design. In room 321 the grout in the tile of the bathroom floor has come out and needs repair.

It was very noisy. We called the front desk for assistance after hearing our neighbors argue for a few hours. On the floor above, someone allowed their children to run throughout the hallways. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and we would like to return in the future.

Disappointing Stay
WiFi was out the entire weekend (I checked in Friday for 3 nights), housekeeping did not service the room after my second night (I was away from the property for 12 hours beginning at 9 a.m.), and the TV did not work. My first stay at this property, and I was quite disappointed.
