The Avid was affordable in a nice area, with modern design. It's not fancy, but it's like an Ikea hotel. Clean modern basic design that is just what you need.

In a fairly good neighborhood. Even coming in at midnight there were people hanging out outside. Grab and go breakfast was ok. Room got cold but shower kept sticking
