Check in was easy. What was the worst was that this is supposedly have the quality of a Wyndham. This isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed in a Wyndham. The place is run down and the shower surround was in place with C-clips. For a family of three we had 2 wash cloths and 1 was o the floor upon arrival and we had no bath towels.

Alot of the reviews were spot on. This place needs some major remodeling and upkeeping. The carpet was disgusting, dirty, and in the far corner, it was lifted. I seen at least 3 roaches throughout the night. Location was close to everything but I honestly don't think I would stay again unless I knew they updated the place

They had no phone service you could not notify them. You were running late. They had three stories and their elevator had no lighting and would only go to the second floor got to the room and filmed that I was not going to be the only one in the bed we left.

The guy who checked me in was great. The place inside and out was dirty. Got to my first room on main floor window in room wouldn't shut and the screen on the outside looked like someone tried to break in. Asked for another room was given a suite rooms were clean. Elevator light was out and made a horrible noise so you had to go in the dark creepy

When we walked in the hotel, we were overwhelmed with strong smell of cleaning solutions. As Clark warned us tht elevator did not have lights inside, so we had to use phone light, and elevator made a scary noise when it was moving up, like something was sticking out from elevator and scratching the outer wall. Hallway carpet was dirty with many stains. Our room also had strong smell of cleaning solutions. And missing a TV remote. We asked front desk person about remote, she said she would find one. We walked out and went to relatives home and stayed there. We want our money back.

All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and smelled nice. We had dinner at the Black Bear restaurant directly across the parking lot, which was very convenient. If you're a shopper there were many stores within walking distance too!

The elevator had no lights and sounded like it was unsafe. The carpet in the hallway was worn and looked dirty. The food was ok nothing great. I would never use the elevator. Would not recommend this place.
