The hotel was so shockingly filthy and smelly, with vagrants hanging around, that we could not stay. Literally had to go across the parking lot where (thankfully) another hotel had room for us. I paid for a room and got NOTHING, and furthermore, Hotels.com did not give my money back.

When we arrived the parking lot was full of a rather unappealing crowd, in the parking lot in the front door. The guy working the counter was great. We had to move rooms. The 1st room was crawling with roaches. When we got the keys to the 2nd he said idk what this room looks like so let me know. It was cleaner so ok, way later we discovered that we had no COLD water only scalding hot. There’s only 1 entrance at the front. No breakfast. 1 towel for 2 people for 3 days. 1 working elevator in the front. Pretty sure it’s mostly people that live there that make it very unpleasant. The pool is closed. Ice machine is broken. If it’s under construction I didn’t see where, it’s just mostly falling apart.

Bad Experience
Cockroaches were rampant.Ist room air conditioner wasn't working properly and room was stifling. Also, lights were out in bathroom so they put a table lamp on the counter. 2nd room wasn't much better but the air was working. The smoke alarm wasn't working properly and was constantly beeping so we gave up and left.

Hotel from Hell
I have NEVER stayed in a hotel so disgusting. They charged a $30 cash deposit that I didn't know I would have to pay when I booked the stay thru hotel.com. Everyone there looked a bit suspect. The 2nd floor smelled like piss. The room had holes in the wall (mind you they charge you a room deposit for damage). There was no curtains on the window in the room. The room looked like something from a horror or snuff film. And like it ain't been cleaned in years. And the bathroom was even worse. Not only did it look like it had never been cleaned it had dead and live roaches in the tub. Needless to say I didn't stay there and I couldn't get out of there quick enough. I immediately cancelled my reservation and requested a refund. I would never recommend this hotel. It is the stuff of nightmares. Even though I checked into a more reputable and safe hotel. I could not sleep a wink until I was up and out of Tulsa. That hotel definitely left a bad impression.

So imagine my utter horror when I walk into the stairwell and smell instant piss.. that was the first major red flag about the conditions I’d be met with. Walking into the room there is another odor I couldn’t place, open holes in the wall, bed bugs crawling on top of the mattress as well as black and yellow stains on the sheets filled with cigarette holes. I’m most definitely never going to be booking there in the future and I hope they take my suggestions seriously. I also have to ask for a complete refund cause I instantly left as I knew there were no rooms in better conditions. Overall it was a waste of time and horrible introduction to the city.

Tulsa Square Beware
You must really be holidaying on a tight budget to stay here. Hotel is old and in need of some serious renovation. They don't even have the hotel name on the front, thats how proud they are of the hotel. WiFi didn't work in our room on 3rd floor, only in the lobby. We only had one towel in the room between two adults.
