Towels had holes in them with only having one in shower area..staff hesitated to give more towels but did..checked out a day early and requested a refund and was told they would request it..good for the money can tell they have some updates..keep up the work...

I had stayed here before in a 2nd floor room. The room was fine, adequate for a night before an early flight. This time I was given a ground floor room. It was extremely musty, damp smelling and after looking around a while, pretty gross. INCHES of dust behind the bedside tables, furniture. (Noticed when plugging in chargers). Bathroom was dirty and quite dated. (I can do old, but not dirty) Probably should have asked to switch rooms but it was late and just wanted to rest a few hours before going to airport. Probably won’t stay again, even though I have a feeling the upper floor rooms are probably okay. Also, the front desk and hallway smelled like weed. Which was actually better than the musty room!

The room was very dusty, it was very hot , the carpet was very dirty, and worn out at edges, and this was considered a suite. Parking was bad. Would not recommend. They didn’t even care if this room had been cleaned for awhile. House keeping I’m sure has not cleaned this room in months.

STAY AWAY
Room was disgusting, old stinky food in the fridge, air conditioner covered in dust/fuzz, mildew/mold in the bathroom, foul stench in the lobby and room. Lobby ac set to 82*, manager not at the desk and terrible service. Checked out faster than we could check in. Manager said we wouldnt be charged but days later the charge hasnt been reversed. Terrible experience! Stay away!

When I arrived there system was down they could not tell if I had a room reservation they said it could be hours. When the room was ready the towels were ripped the bedding was dirty and there was tares in the bedding as well. I asked for a replacement of the towel and got attitude from the front desk.
