When we arrived the lady was rude. It was after 3pm, she said “I would have to wait to check in cause her bosses left all this crap for her to do, and she needed to count the till.” It was hotter than heck in the lobby, and the thermostat was set on 83°. She was not confident in checking us in as she had to call someone to help. Lastly, when my daughter went to ask for toilet paper she came back to my room and looked inside the bathroom and around our room to see if we had moved it.

Below average, beds are very hard and you can feel the springs. The breakfast was horrible. Hardly nothing setting out including utensils no to be found for help a sign at front desk with a phone number of you need assistance. Would not recommend

What is that smell? Mold and mildew?
Entering my room, I could not tell what caused the strong odor. It smelled like mold and mildew, but i never did figure where it was coming from. The air conditioner was off, and I turned it on, hoping that would help. But it never went away. And this hotel never seemed to come up to the standard that I expect from this chain.

Would not turn lights on in the reception area- would not turn AC on in the reception area/hallways or Breakfast area- was literally 86 degrees!!!! Room was clean, reception lady was very nice. Short Indian guy- the manager/ Not nice- refused to turn on AC or lights. Chairs out front were literally the plastic ones from Walmart. Dirty and broken. The pool was covered- like for the winter/ not able to use. Kids disappointed. No timeline to open the pool in the future,

I found it on the website that looked to be a nice place. When I got there, the screens were tore up and there were a lot of men around the hotel. Going in to look at room, the smell was horrible. We weren't able to get a refund so we lost out because we chose not to stay.

Dirty carpet. Lobby and hallway did not have air conditioning. Room had hole in ceiling and bed bugs bite. Shower old and stained never staying again this does no good because has several horrible reviews

Clean, quiet and overall decent.
The overall one night stay was good. It's quiet , clean, and professional staff. Our room was a bit musty but nothing that would ruin our stay completely. The breakfast was decent. Your standard waffle iron, eggs, biscuits and gravy. Cereal selection was decent. Nothing to write home about but good for the price.
