Mariott properties are pretty consistently reliable and this was no exception. The front desk staff was particularly pleasant, but I forgot to get names.

My likes are noted above. Dislikes were I requested housekeeping during my 4 day stay. I had to ask at the desk for fresh linens and the bed wasn't made. The room was damp even though the ac was on. The desk staff was great!

Liked the location for our needs. Facilities were old but clean upon check in. Unfortunately, as we booked for 2 nights, there was no room cleaning and no replenishment of towels. A call to the front desk was met with a surly reply “and how is this my problem?” I had to go to the front desk and the surly lady procured bath towels and told me the washing machine was out. Meanwhile, going back to my room, the elevators broke down and I had to climb the stairs. I’m nearly 80, it was not easy. Bad experience.

I booked a stay through hotels.com. When we arrived, they did not have us booked. I had verification from hotels.com, but the clerk said it wasn’t in their computer, so they charged me again for 3 nights. Everyone was kind, but I felt they should have done something to help me figure it out
