The hotel was clean and updated. I gave it 4 stars because the water pressure and water temp in the shower was low and cold. I wouldn’t stay here again for those reasons. But the facility was nice.

Was told there was a 75$ room fee that is supposedly refundable , i just checked out so we will see. They didnt say anything about that until i got there. Hot tub wasnt working but the staff were incredibly kind about it even though it wasnt their fault. Both check in and out staff were great. Rooms were super clean . I was on the 6th floor and it was windy so there was some howling sounds coming from the air vent but not enough to fuss about. Couldnt figure out the shower as there was no switch to turn it from the bottom to the top sprayer. Great hotel, best food ive ever had at a hotel, just little things that i hope the owners and management can check out.

Good choice
From check-in with Kevin to checkout to breakfast, every went very well. The eggs cooked to choice is a very nice option. Accommodations were very nice - had suite. Only downtick was water pressure. This could have been better but not a deal breaker. Will add to list of places to stay when in area.

Amazing all around
Amazing staff! We arrived at 1am after a LONG drive and the front desk attendant was very friendly. The hot tub wasn’t working when we called a few hours out but they fixed it within hours. They also gave us a late check out. Room was huge and comfortable.

The front desk was… there was kind of a lack of front desk actually. It was like two mini desks and did not feel professional at all. You could see the half-eaten snacks and myriad of notes from the employees behind “the desk.” The super casual feel made me feel almost like we’re on our own, like no one’s really running the show. Also… the toilet would NOT flush, there was a candy wrapper in the middle of the bedroom and the bar tender clearly had no experience making drinks. On the positive, the room was clean and spacious, the people friendly and the breakfast was pretty great.

Hi i started my time off with a 3 day stay and was so impressed with the facilities cleanliness, staff, spacious rooms with a seperate living area and bedroom as well as a massive shower and not an issue in sight.
