Amazing!
The property itself was not only super clean but also very homey and comfortable. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. From the little details within the home to being accommodating to a last minute change of schedule for us, they were amazing. We will definitely keep this on our list when visiting Tulsa again!

5 star VRBO Experience
Spotless! Adorable! Homey! Darling decor, great location with privacy and a country feel while being only 15 minutes from downtown Tulsa. We wanted for nothing because the owners had thought of everything! Their communications were second to none. In fact, they were always a step of ahead of our questions. If it sounds like I'm gushing, it's because I am! This was, by far, our best VRBO experience to date. Don't hesitate. It is worth every penny in more ways than I can describe!

I honestly don't know where to start. I must say that from the moment the home was booked, communication has been top tier. Ms. Donna was courteous enough to take photos of landmarks to help guide us to the home at night. She even turned the lights on in the home so we didn't have to walk into a dark house. We've taken several trips to Tulsa and have stayed at other rentals, but this home is our new favorite. Thanks so much for your hospitality, Ms. Donna and Mr Larry!

Great Stay!
We came to Tulsa to visit family and attend a funeral for my sister. The funeral home was only 10 minutes away which made everything easier than having a long drive and trying to attend a funeral. The host let us check in early and check out late and even left us fresh biscuits and homegrown eggs which we enjoyed for breakfast. This was such a relaxing spot and helped us during our time of grief. Highly recommended spot. We will be back whenever we can to see family who lives in Sand Springs.

We flew to Tulsa to visit kids & grandkids from St Louis for Memorial Day weekend. This was the second time staying at this property and again it did not disappoint!!! It’s a charming 3 BR home that’s so cozy you feel relaxed and at home!! The grandchildren loved Blaze, the chickens, roosters and the occasional turtle visitors. The home is well cared for and we will always choose this home for future visits. Thank you Larry & Donna for your hospitality and flexibility.

Absolutely Exceptional in Every Way
It was our first time in Tulsa, and my family hit the jackpot with this home. I loved everything about it. The location is ideal - it feels like being in the country with the spaciousness, grazing deer, and chickens yet it's just a 10 minute drive to downtown. The house itself is clean, up to date, and so beautifully decorated. It feels like a home away from home. The owner goes above and beyond with the farm fresh eggs and biscuits. She is so warm, responsive, and truly hospitable. The self check-in and check-out were simple with the combination door lock. Without a doubt, I would stay here again, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to my friends and fellow VRBO travelers. You won't regret it.

The hosts have done a wonderful job in making this a five star destination. It is located in a quiet, country setting with easy access to the city. It is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything, plus more, than we needed. We were even greeted with fresh eggs and biscuits! My sister and I were in Tulsa for a wedding and I could not have chosen a better place to stay! The property was just as advertised and the homemade biscuits and farm fresh eggs that were left for us were delicious! The house is decorated in such a way that you really feel at home. The host was absolutely amazing as well with her thoughtfulness of making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. You will not be disappointed with your stay!

Truly amazing!
Property was very clean and decorated beautifully. Donna and Larry were out of town but very quick to respond to our questions. We could not have been more pleased. Adorable home! Would stay again!
This home has all the right touches. It’s decorated like a magazine cover and has everything you need for your stay. You know the homeowner wants you to feel welcome. There were lots of extras: snacks, soaps, fresh eggs and biscuits for breakfast. The property is remote enough to enjoy nature with the chickens, deer, and Guinea fowl, but close enough to downtown to get anywhere you need. We didn’t want to leave!

Couldn’t ask for better!
Very clean and located in a fantastic spot! The owners have thought of every detail down to having a First Aid kit available. My family was pleasantly surprised to even find the games and enjoyed a few rounds of corn hole while watching the deer wandering around the back of the location. After sightseeing in Tulsa, we relaxed watching a movie on the large tv and snacking on treats left in the kitchen. The water pressure was great; the beds were all comfortable; we felt safe in the neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked with silverware, plates and even place ware for children. The appliances are all modern and we had zero problems with any of them. I was able to even cook a breakfast for my family with the biscuits and eggs provided. Hens wander the yard and the host had left some in the fridge for us! It was by far the best property we have stayed in and would stay again at this property when in Tulsa. Really excellent communication with the owners also!

Super easy to setup and check out. The owners we fantastic and we cannot say enough about those fresh eggs and biscuits! Next time we stay there i would love to see those chickens. The super quiet neighborhood was wonderful. We all slept great every night. The house was perfectly situated for going in/out for food and entertainment. Everything was there that we might need. It was perfect and we loved the extra space. We definitely will be doing it again if that house is available. this was our 1st time using vrbo and we're hooked!

Perfect little house
Everything about this little house was perfect. The attention to the details was amazing. Unlike so many houses I’ve stayed in it was very well supplied with necessities and stocked with whatever we needed. They even included fresh eggs and fresh homemade biscuits for our breakfast. The area was quiet but we were so busy we didn’t have a chance to sleep in. The welcoming committee was there for us every day. Luckily we are all dog lovers and I would have let sweet Blaze come in for an evening head rub but we were afraid he would be missed. We enjoyed watching the movies provided when we had a free evening. Absolutely a delightful first visit to Oklahoma.

What a special country retreat
What a gem in the country! The home is updated and decorated with a classy country flair. It's not cluttered or kitschy, just clean and stylish. The hosts were the sweetest people you could imagine. The home had all the amenities needed and more! The host left a personalized note and homemade buttermilk biscuits and free range colorful eggs for us to enjoy. I will recommend this home to my friends visiting Tulsa.

First Rate Stay!
If you're visiting Tulsa, I HIGHLY recommend staying at this location - even if it's just YOU. I stayed with my adult children and we each had a bedroom, the living room was cozy and comfortable, the kitchen was efficient and beautiful, the two bathrooms were spacious, and the hostess had the whole house decorated in spring/Easter theme and the experience was simply JOYFUL. This is the only place to stay in this area, in my opinion. FIVE STARS!!

WE WILL BE BACK!
This quaint, beyond clean, perfectly detailed and decorated home was the PERFECT place for us. The home is stocked completely with anything you will need for a reasonable stay. CLEAN, numerous towels, kitchen utensils for anything you may be eating or cooking, bonus items such as cooking oil, foil, snacks. Not to mention, the location being conveniently located to the city, but on an isolated farm-like lot made us nature lovers feel right at home. We loved seeing chickens, dogs, and others! I cannot say enough about the attention to detail and cleanliness- and I am very keen on these things. Donna did an amazing job adding Valentine touches for a romantic weekend for my fiancé and I- and I'm sure every other season or holiday is just as well catered to. The farm fresh eggs and HOMEMADE complimentary biscuits were a wonderful added touch that we very much enjoyed. 10 STARS.... and again, we WILL BE BACK.
