Reserved a room weeks in advance. When we go to check in rooms were not ready. We checked in at 530pm when checkout is 11am. We had no hand towels or wash cloths in our room and when asked for none came. There is only mini fridges in suites. You can rent one for $25 more but when i did fridge didnt show up till after 8pm. Probably want stay here again.

Staff are bringing down the hotel
Guy at the front desk was rude. Tried to add another night to my stay and was told "do it on hotels.com or something" I asked if he could just do it, and he said :yeah, i could, but do it on an app." Spent a lot of money in this place. Completely unacceptable. Kids were running down the hall, screaming and yelling, banging on guest doors. Nothing was done about it. Its a shame. First 2 nights were great, last 2 not so much.

Excellent place to stay! I was in town for a concert here so this is where I stayed. The place was quiet and safe. The rooms were very clean. I would stay here again. The staff were very nice!

We stayed the week of thanksgiving. Check-in was flawless. Room was clean and everything worked. We were out of the room by 8am everyday. We returned to the room at 11pm every day. My kids race BMX and we were in Tulsa for the biggest race of the year. 3 of the 6 days, there was no maid service and not having any clean towels kinda sucked. We had to keep calling asking for clean towels which was more annoying than anything since we were tired after a long day of racing. They responded fast and acted like they had no clue as to why the room was not serviced. Parking was safe and people and staff were very polite and nice. It was also strange not having a mini fridge in the room. I don’t remember the last time I had a hotel room without a place to keep my insulin cool.
