Upon checking in i was told there would be an additional 50.00 deposit required. When I asked what this was for he told me it was to ensure the room was left clean. He then proceeded to charge my credit card the 50.00, separate from the room charges. He told me that I would receive that money back as long as nothing was damaged in the room. I’m not sure why and how they can get away with telling u this at check in and not before then. I will be watching for the credit on my card as I do not believe him. The room was decent, however we were given 3 TINY pillows for a king bed and when we stopped the second night to ask for additional pillows and clean towels he advised that he would have to bring them to our room. Over an hour later he never came. We will not be staying here again.

Clean, looked like room had been updated, spacious. At checkin as we prepaid on card, told $50. cash deposit required to be refunded next morning at check out, when questioned procedure for refund as had to be at hospital early for surgery, manager waived deposit, she was very professional and understanding. Okay to complete needed bath but the water volume was very full but the water was warm but not hot, the only thing not quite up to par

When we checked in, front desk demanded $50 deposit. That was not mentioned on website. First night was like a biker rally. Bikes going bloom, bloom all night. 2nd day, nobody came in to clean or make bed. Coffee and breakfast were terrible. You get what you pay.

Not a safe place and not a friendly staff
It was clean although the walls and shelves and everything is stained and damaged. When my hairdryer didn’t work I called and the manager answered and scoffed and said “I’ll let maintenance know” I explained the problem to a different person later and the answer was the same… nothing she can do. Even though it is an amenity listed on the site. While I was in there I heard 3 other guests with much larger complaints than mine so I decided to suck it up and just not stay again. At 10:30 in the morning on check out day the cleaning staff watched me walk back to my room. I had the blinds open so they could my stuff was packed up. I walked to the restroom and the cleaning staff knocked. Clearly I was busy so I didn’t answer and he attempted to come through my door but the latch caught it. It was really uncomfortable.

The pictures and review for this place is false advertisement. It was unsafe, rundown, writing on the walls, people hanging outside the room, singing and talking. Someone knocked on our door after midnight. Very scary.

After check in went to the room and television didn't work, waiting for 3 hour without a television., before getting another room. The first room didn't smell clean had an odor.Need clean towels didn't get any,rooms are not cleaned daily , ice machines are on every flood but they don't work, you have to go to the lobby to get ice

Group of people living in 4 Penske trucks having a loud party in the parking lot until 2AM both nights of my stay. Every corner smells like piss and weed. Stains on the bed cover and a broken dirty toilet seat. Booked through Expedia, been using Expedia for 6 years. Expedia would not refund the stay. I will honestly never use Expedia again. They do not post honest reviews. And customer service does nothing when the hotel is unsafe.
