They did not have the facilities they had promised. I had unknowingly book at this hotel and had a bad experience last time. The hot tub and pool were still broken from a year ago. They were just under a new name. The person that checked me in could have cared less. The next few days I saw a different employee. He was very nice and understood why I was upset. I will not go back to this hotel.

When we got there we couldn't get into our room. Their keyless entry wasn't working for anyones rooms. It was late by they time they got it fixed. The sheets had stains on them. The beds were comfortable. Nice fridge and micro. The carpet needs to go. The breakfast was good food but very old school. Toaster and juice machine didn't work. The waffle maker was an old time waffle maker. Vending machines didn't work. Not the best neighborhood. It was the nicest one though

I didn't know that Ramada had sold to another company. This room was terrible. The freezer part of refrigerator had iced over so much that it was dripping onto the floor. The microwave was dirty. The HVAC unit wasn't working so hotel management decided to change it out at midnight. It took over 10 mins to get hot water for a shower. I asked for an extra blanket because it was cold due to the HVAC system being out. The front desk person was rude and didn't want to give it to me. She finally did. The pool was closed. This wasn't disclosed in the description of the hotel. The free breakfast was terrible.

Moving forward
The hotel was in the process of remodel, so I'm giving it leniency for that. The bed was great, the room always clean, the chair needed replacing badly, but the staff was wonderful and breakfast good. The pool and hot tub were shut down because of remodel, but the price of the room was incredible. Overall, I would stay here again.
