I have been to mexico many times and several properties. The hotel was overpriced for what it had to offer. The door to the room would not lock, air conditioner blew on your head all night. Shower had to run for 5 minutes to get hot water. The toilet had to be plunged per day to keep flowing. The restaurant food was just ok for the price and the service was not great. Irene at the restaurant was the best. She was tentative and friendly. I was not impressed with this hotel. I feel as if the IG posts have hyped it up.

This property is not ready to welcome guests.

With the exception of a handful of rooms that have been upgraded and offered to influencers, the rest of the property (and especially the "Jungle Suites" is in bad shape and not ready to welcome guests. We had to change rooms three times and each room was worst then the previous - broken locks, shoddy windows and stained windows, clogged showers and leaking sinks. The grounds are not well kept either.

The property lists a pool as a amenity, and they do not have a finished pool for guests to use. We specifically booked the hotel because it lists pool and even mentions it in their FAQ. They are being extremely difficult in the refund process. False advertising is illegal, and I would not book with them, or use expedia for any trip booking, as expedia has provided zero support in this matter.

This place is great, everyone offers a superb customer service treat, from the front desk to the servers at the restaurant. The rooms are lovely and very chick. NO TV's which is a good thing is you are trying to disconnect from the world.

Beach was very clean, they have staff rake out the weeds early in the morning, beautiful beach. Tacos are amazing. Saturday house music vibes are lit. Food and drinks are expensive but so is everything else in Tulum. I would stay again with incentives ;)
