Very romantic place with a perfect view. We chose the deluxe room and it was absolutely worth it! You can see the beach and the sea from the bed. Room has everything you need, walls could use a little paint, but otherwise functional beach house. Staff was awesome and very accommodating. Tulum is expensive in general and transportation is a problem with overpriced taxis/bikes/motorcycles but the hotel has nothing to do with that and helped us make our stay an amazing experience overall!

Amazing location!!
La Conchita is one of the nicest places we've stayed at. The room was large with a bed and sofa/seat as well as a lovely patio area with an amazing view. The bed was super comfy and the location was excellent, just steps from the beach as well as some really nice restaurants. The only slight negatives were that the floors felt a little bit sticky and the shower wasn't very powerful but that would definite not stop me from staying here again.

It’s just right by the beach. The sound of the waves were glorious. I liked the hotel other than there is no television to use for unwinding at the end of a long day (the nights were rainy so there’s nowhere else we can go). The family room did not have doors for privacy between rooms either.

In a sense, it was like glamping. I loved the espresso coffee maker in my room. Emiliano provided us with everything we requested in a timely manner. After sleeping on the bed for four nights, my back hurt so badly. Since the beach is open to the public, there were many locals listening to loud music, smoking pot and barking dogs until midnight. Air conditioning worked well, there is a mini refrigerator, and free water is available. I found several restaurants to be overpriced; however, the food was of good quality.

Amazing beach front hotel, eco friendly and quaint. Right in the middle of town with plenty of restaurants and shops. Beach side massage, and a/c for hot days. Loved my stay in Tulum!

Please do not stay here if you are looking for a a peaceful clean stay at the beach. They do not clean their beach it is flooded with trash entangled seaweed. Even worse the staff will not clean it even as the VISITORS will rake it they will leave it to redistribute throughout the beach. Also that the locals will take over And you as a paying visitor will have to fend through for a spot. The security will tell you the beach is closed by 9 however the locals will stay out there all night having the best time. Not to mention we arrived during a hurricane so they left us with no power or staff to consult with even with relocating us to LIVETULUM. It was both the same horrible stay with no power. Allowing us to come back to laConchita with the same treatment. No service to even relocate. Just a mess. What kind of beach front property with paying guests has no generator? This place holds no dignity in their property not even enough to keep the beautiful small property flourishing. It’s really a shame. Because this place can be so much more. Lastly I do want to give great credit to the young man that cut me the ripest coconut upon arriving he worked the entire time I was there. Also the house keeps my ladies. The surer looking dude was an absolute slouch! The owner of this property needs to do better SERIOUSLY. Thank you. Beautiful location however.
