Staff were awesome, views are incredible and the rooms are comfy and cleaned twice daily. Other than a few minor ware tear item from previous guest the rooms weee great. Stayed in Casa Zamna Master Suit with ocean front view, it is, “WELL WORTH IT!!!” Slept with the French doors opened and the screens shut, great idea lovely ocean sounds and great breeze. Had ceiling fan on as-well, no need to worry about insects getting in. Fridge stocked with beer, sodas and water no spirits. Get spirits with room service. Room service is all day, restaurants are not. Two restaurant areas with your stay on beach. Main resort has three restaurant and buffet style cafeteria for breakfast lunch and dinner. FYI, Shuttle times differ on weekdays 1hr. to weekends 30min. from Main Resort to Zamna Resort. All I can tell you is, if you’re contemplating a stay here stop, just do it!!! It’s worth it!!!!

Despite being a luxury resort that opened in 2023, it is plagued with numerous issues, such as malfunctioning facilities. For instance, the shower leaks, the housekeeping switch is broken, and the temperature control fluctuates unpredictably. The dining experience was also underwhelming. While the resort boasts eight dining options, two are located at the beach club and one is exclusive to Preferred Club members, leaving only three restaurants available for dinner. As a result, guests staying for more than three days may find themselves dining at subpar restaurants at least once. Moreover, the resort is located a considerable distance from the beach. While a complimentary shuttle service is provided, the round trip takes approximately 40 minutes, which some guests may find inconvenient. Additionally, the resort is set within a jungle environment, leading to a high presence of mosquitoes. The excessive sand scattered throughout the property also makes walking uncomfortable.

The staff was extremely helpful, and pleasant and went out of their way to do whatever they could to make our stay comfortable. The Beach Club was beautiful and convenient to get to. The family enjoyed the all-inclusive aspect. I just wish they had authentic Mexican food at the hotel since we were in Mexico.

We stayed in room 2150 and they didn’t finish the bathroom, no shower door and toilet exposed. We couldn’t sleep because they had loud pounding music till 2:00 am. We called the manager to see if they could turn down music because there was only 4 people there. They wouldn’t. We had to leave to airport early next morning so it was terrible. The restaurant down stairs in the jungle took 3 hours to sit us.

The layout is nice and doesn’t require a lot of walking once you learn the layout. Room (Jr. Suite) was spacious and clean. All staff was polite, professional, and accommodating.

We stayed in this resort for 4 nights.. let me break it down Pros: -Food is good specially at the steakhouse we went twice.. rest of restaurants are okay but the room service takes an hour and the food is below average -The vibe is good we really enjoyed the pools and the interior also the ease of going anywhere around -Beachclub is great and staff were being helpful w towels and stuff also the vibe at the beach club from the pools and bars is really fun Cons: -Service isn’t great it’s not bad but we been to multiple resorts in mexico and service was beyond great. -shuttle to beachclub is abt 30 mins and sometimes more -The resort is more for couples.. for ex the shower in the rooms doesn’t have a door so if you going w cousins or family it could be uncomfortable

The resort was new & you can tell they weren't shy to splurge on a ton of aesthetic features! Going at the end of September/early October was great - low crowds & the weather was still warm enough. No severe weather happened during our stay neither. The staff was phenomenal & the food all over the hotel was 10/10. Definitely am planning on returning.

This recent weekend trip provided a wonderful experience at a beautiful hotel known for its modern and comfortable rooms, with various appealing amenities. The hotel offers a serene atmosphere, making it an ideal getaway for relaxation. However, there are opportunities for improvement in the hotel's three restaurants, particularly at Olio, which specializes in Mediterranean cuisine. The food was not good at all. You can tell we were being served frozen food in a few areas. We expected fresh food. The bars and the drinks were always very watered down. Beware of pushy salespeople upon checking in who try to whisk you away for a 90-minute trip to their sister's location. This was very irritating, as we were hungry and tired from our long trip. They wanted us to make a decision right there and then. This was not a pleasant check-in experience. The service in a handful of areas was prolonged. The hotel has nine pools and a well-regarded spa. The beach club is nice but they need more staff in the bar and lunch area. The hotel is in Aldea Zama, an area that allows for pleasant walking trips to nearby boutique coffee shops and local restaurants.

I liked the resort overall. Great entertainment, great staff, options for dinner could have been more. Pool options are limited r/t unless your VIP. The best part was def having the beach club apart of the resort. So free transportation to and from beach, along with access to great shopping, other site seeing, and restaurants.
