Had to walk with my luggage a long distance down side streets as there is no access for a taxi to pull up outside hotel. Hotel dirty and staff were rude

The staff here made the stay incredible! The airline lost one of our bags and the hotel manager went to the airport himself to pick it up for us. They provided insight and recommendations for things to do in the area. Room was comfortable for a week and had everything we needed.

Room was very small pictures on site did not look the same, bathroom needs major improvement toilet falling apart, shower falling apart and mold growing in it, ac does not cool properly, Chedili was nice to me but was rude to my guest, on-site food was way overpriced, they take advantage of their guest. Would not recommend this hotel.

Très bon accueil,la chambre étais propre et confortable,petit déjeuner simple et varié a tout ce qu'il faut , l'hôtel est à trois minutes à pied jusqu'à tous le théâtre municipale et l'avenue Habib Bourguiba et le souk traditionnelle et la catédrale et à distance 15 minute a l'aéroport par voiture
