Overall, Fantastic Stay at Sheraton Hotel Tunis
My recent stay at the Sheraton Hotel in Tunis was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entirety of my visit. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Sonia, Ichrak, Aya, and Ryad at the reception, as well as Diaa Eddine in the lounge for their outstanding service and unwavering support throughout my stay. In the lounge, Diaa Eddine's attentiveness and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly remarkable. However, I must express my disappointment with the breakfast staff. Despite the excellent variety offered at the buffet, the staff seemed inactive and inattentive. I consistently had to ask them to replenish items on the buffet, and tables were not cleared and reprepared unless prompted. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Its strategic proximity to the city center makes it an ideal choice for business travelers. The rooms, luxurious and spacious, provide a comfortable retreat. The hotel provides impressive amenities, including a pool, a well-equipped gym, and a spacious lobby. With an Asian and Tunisian restaurant, a resto-pub, and a spa. Guests are spoiled for choice without needing to leave the premises. The staff are very welcoming and provide proactive assistance that enhance the overall experience, ensuring an enjoyable stay.

Our stay was very nice. Check in was easy and very friendly. We got to our room. They brought our extra bed within 10 min. Dinner was okay. Good place to stay close to airport when you need to be there early.
