Convenient to highway, the front desk clerk was very nice, but the room, although redone nicely hadnt been cleaned very well at all.
It was quiet, but i dropped something behind the bed. Bowl ands dirty and a pencil. Showered and almost freaked out; someone's towel hanging up on hook inside the bathroom. I was told they would contact the cleaning crew.
It was in a great area.
No elevator, handicapped accomodation. Room needed thorough cleaning, updated. 1st room had terrible cigarette smell.

First off no mention of extra charges for dogs but was $15 a pet. So $45 for total weight of 32 lbs on 3 dogs was ridiculous. Then we booked a smoking room and there are none at the facilities. The lady was not welcoming but very rude and after driving for 13 hours and finally being able to stop and rest this was not a good experience.
The bed sheets were stained and floors were dirty! Got a clean(?) set of sheets for bed and remade bed myself. Front desk didn’t seem concerned. Limited breakfast and no one was seen at front desk during breakfast or at check out. People hanging out smoking and on phone talking near our room. Maybe you should designate a smoking area. Maybe take some money and invest into new sheets and a mop! Also, front desk didn’t ask for any form of ID or payment method? Have pics of bed to verify.
We had people knocking on our door late in the night, trying to open our door bc they thought it was thiers. Lpud obnoxious people outside of our room all night so got no sleep and the wifi never worked. We logged in and it connected but said connected with no internet. There was no one at the desk in the morning to talk to about any of the issues we had so just had to drop keys and leave.

It will be an easy 4 or 5 start place if the bathtub was not so disgusting. It looks like it has not been cleaned throughly for quite some time, there was a big amount of scum on it. The floors were even worst, (although you don’t see it at first) I was surprised when I used the mat towel to dry the water on the floor and see the towel turned dark gray. I decided to use a small wet towel and mop the room floor with my feet..and it turned out even dirtier, so yeah those floors has not been cleaned for a long time.
It does not take to much to mop the floor and scrub the bathtub after each guest and save yourself a bad review. Bed was comfy, and furniture was simple but did the job. If I was the manager of the place, I will have a serious talk to the cleaners.
Repulsive, disgusting, FILTHY hotel. Whyndam once used to be the leaders and now they’re the losers. Bought up all these hotels and can’t even maintain them to not be disgusting. What a waste of money.
