** New for 2024 - Starlink high speed internet** Casa Alta is an extremely private villa hidden away in this beautiful area called Sierra Cabrera, near the local village of Turre.

Decorative iron entrance gates make Casa Alta both secure and private. Set within each of the three pillars is a pretty, unique tiled arch, beautifully illuminated at night time. There is a drive way and car port. ~ Simplyowners.net ref P226077 ~
Entrance is via a handmade wooden gate framed with a Moorish Arch. This leads you to the refurbished tiled internal courtyard. A peaceful private space where there is a central palm tree with flower beds and a seating area. A feature tiled Moroccan fountain sits against the wall. A lovely secluded place to sit and while away the hours. From the internal courtyard you enter the property through a wooden door into the hallway.

Off here to your right is one of the en-suite twin bedrooms with air conditioning, featuring Moorish tiles and to the left the cloakroom with W.C. and hand basin. The hallway also leads to the master bedroom with en-suite, fully air conditioned. This room has a Romeo and Juliet balcony with stunning views of the mountain and sunsets. The large en-suite consists of toilet, bidet, hand basin, bath and shower over bath.

Beyond the master bedroom, along the hallway is the lounge, again air conditioned. It has a large picture window to take in the breathtaking views with patio doors out to a long balcony. The lounge also has a wood burner for the winter months.

Off the lounge there is the dining area which is open plan to the beautiful brand new fully equipped handmade oak kitchen. The kitchen has a range of wall and base units plus a lovely central island area with inbuilt sink and granite worktop. The electric hob and oven are situated opposite with fridge, microwave and dishwasher close by. There is also a freestanding unit in the dining area providing lots of storage space. From the dining area this leads to a covered outdoor seated area which over looks the pool and views. Perfect for alfresco dining with outdoor dining table and chairs. The built in cupboards house the outdoor sofa cushions and sun loungers.

The swimming pool is stunning with Roman steps, there is another outdoor covered lounging area with built in sofas to relax in that much needed shade in the summer, it also has a built in BBQ area and outdoor drinks fridge. There is plenty of room to sunbath around the pool or the lower terrace and gardens.

Off the internal courtyard you will also find a third bedroom with twin beds and air conditioning and an en-suite shower room, again very tastefully decorated in Moorish tiles.

The whole property faces to the sunsets and stunning mountain views and is truly a wonderful detached villa. The outside dining and lounging areas really set this villa apart from others. You cannot fail to enjoy your time here.

The village of Cabrera has 2 wonderful restaurants Riad Cabrera and Los Pastoras, plus a tennis court within walking distance, lots of hillside walks right outside the door and numerous golf courses all within 30-minutes drive away. Cortijo Grande is situated lower down the mountain, only a 10-minute drive and has a lovely hotel and restaurant, Finca Listonero and another restaurant Los Pinos. The larger local village of Turre only a 15-minute drive, which has a local bank, restaurants, bars and a supermarket.
