STOP. Don’t stay here. The hotel is run down and the owner is a terrible person. I stayed here with 2 small well behaved service dogs that I have for my PTSD and Audhd and the owner grilled me til I cried myself to to sleep. If that’s not enough the place was terribly run down. The barn door style door for the bathroom was about to fall completely off. There were no tissues, and stains on the couch

The only complaint I have is the beds were hard as a floor. Our backs are killing us. Other than that it was a great stay. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Before charging me extra fees it would have been nice to know the rules about pets. This is not a pet friendly hotel I was called because my dog was barking. Every pet friendly note has barking dogs so I had to leave my event to come to the hotel

This is the third time I've stayed at this SureStay, and first time I've encountered any major issue. First of all, I'd say if you are on a budget and want a comfortable place this should be one to consider. However, my main issue was that they did not take security serious. I was there 5 days, usually ask for cleaning services every second day. Well, they came and cleaned my room after the 2nd night, but left my door unlocked. I don't know if mgmt has instructed cleaning staff on what to do when their keys cannot lock a door, but when I went up to my room after the cleaning the staff had gone but my door was unlocked. When he came back I showed him this, and he showed me that his key was malfunctioning. My polite response was that he should have gotten help immediately and returned to lock it. After that, I turned down every other cleaning request. In the process I also discovered that the room telephone didn't work. We all sign a disclosure of how items left in the room are left at the owner's risk, but that doesn't hold water if even the room cannot be secured. Nothing was stolen thankfully. Also, the breakfast is tepid. Both times I tried it the eggs, potatoes and sausage were not warm. Staff are pleasant, but the young woman I told my concern to didn't really seem to interested. Please do better.

This was the best hotel I stayed at on my road trip between Boston and Houston. And it was one of the most affordable. The staff was absolutely stellar and put a smile on our face. The lobby is gorgeous and I was taking pictures of the murals etc. like a tourist. The hot breakfast was delicious; omelets and sausage and gravy! Amazing chandelier and flowers in the dining area. The gazebo has an outdoor sink and grille, and beautiful outdoor lighting. The furniture in the rooms is modern and I want every piece for my apartment lol, complete with a cool sliding barn door. Hands down best hotel I've stayed in for this price; you will feel like you're at a 5 star hotel.

Traveled all day went to football game got soaked from rain checked in at 11 pm exhausted cold wet looking forward to hot shower. Shower was dirty wouldn’t drain properly brown dingy water coming up from drain. My 2?daughters bed was made up dirty hair stains and a dirty dock was in bed they were completely grossed out and slept w me and my husband in a double bed we couldn’t wait to get out of there checked out at 645 am without showers $300 terrible

A little disappointed after seeing other reviews prior to our stay. Hotel needs a refresher and updating. Bed frames were squeaky, room needs repainted, beds are too small (has ample room for queensize), housekeeping had mints on bed with a Welcome note which had sugar ants all over it. When staff was tikd of issue, the response was "Oops, sorry!" ans nothing more. We just pulled off the comforter and threw it in the corner since there weren't any bugs on any of the rest of the bedding. Not a horrible experience but will likely stay elsewhere next time.
