My only complaint is I made reservations 2 months ago for a king bed and walk in shower. A week ago I sent a message emphasizing this request. When we checked in I emphasized this request. Got to the room with our luggage and the bed was king but a tub shower!! I had to go back to the desk. The young man at the desk went on the computer and reassigned us to 2 queen beds and a roll in shower. That was all he could do. We weren’t happy but made if work. Roll in shower did not have a curtain and water was everywhere on tile floor which I find dangerous for anyone but especially for a handicapped unstable person. I will say the other personnel were absolutely wonderful and the breakfast was the best we’ve had on this 3 week vacation.

There was no water pressure and the water was not hot . The rooms appeared clean but there was a strong musty smell . The price of the rooms for those types of issues was disappointing.

You know the saying you get what you pay for! This would be it! Train passes by so you get woken up several times in the night. I had a small butterfly roaming the room. The bathroom on the edges can used some cocking and toilet paper was half used. I didn't leave because I was checking out at 8am. Took pictures! Pay extra & stay somewhere else.
