Property is near the central plaza. I had problems with the reservation. I wanted two rooms with king size beds near each other. We were one floor apart and one room had two double beds. No hot water. Air conditioning just didn’t function in either room. There were many roaches in the room. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very outdated hotel. Noisy hallways - rooms. Door to unit did not seal. Could hear and smell everything in the hall way. Bathroom was a disaster, clean, but super old. Check in staff was not prepared or very helpful. The best person there was the cleaning lady. She should be the boss.

Basic hotel. No frills.
A basic hotel reflected in the price. Slightly dated, bed a little hard but clean, curtains only netting not dark, no hair dryer or coffee faciities. Taxi to airport ordered through hotel was nearly double the street price.

Antiquated Place.
As soon as we arrived, we could see the lack of upkeep and old everything, the doors are really not safe with home knobs and the key is a ny key that comes with a three by two inch piece of board key holder. Shower leaks, so they built an unsafe three inch wall in the bathroom entry, not shower entry, but the room entry to hold the water on the floor inside the bathroom, beds and sheets old, TV did not work but sent someone to fix it right away. Really Bad,

One of the Better Hotel in Tuxtla
This was the first hotel I booked in Mexico and it was decent. The doorman was very nice & friendly. He helped assist my partner and I to our room. He showed us where everything was and how to work the room. One of the ladies at the register wasn’t being so helpful and just redirected us to the front desk. Overall, great hotel for the price. Pros: Room was modern and clean. Super comfy bed! Great patio. Wifi is great. There is ac in the room. Two water bottles and towels for my partner and I. Location is near a lot of vendors and food. Not too far from the park. Cons: Cold shower and barely warm or hot.

Best choice in tuxtla downtown
Great service. Very good location near from everything. Good value for money. If you don't smoke, just check first theroom doesn't smell. The had to give another room because the first one smelled really strong. Next to the front desk there's a lady with very good and cheap packages to Cañón del Sumidero. I'd stay there again.
