Recently refurbished (Nov 2023) new floors, freshly painted and all brand new furniture, reverse cycle air conditioning. Enjoy coffee in the morning or sunset cocktails on the back deck which gets the sun all day long.

Cleanliness
Not clean, cupboards and bench top sticky. Could not sit on lounge might look good but un usable. Bathroom dirty shower dirty and no water pressure maybe 12 drops if you're lucky. Plumber called and shower improved from 6 drops to 12. Kitchen sink taps leaking constantly. Grey towels and sheets maybe trendy but in a dirty house not appealing. Had to use wd40 on doors because you couldnt turn the handles to get out. Will not recommend to anyone.

Nice location but very old property. Worst part is there is no exhaust in bathroom and also when properly was given to us us it was not clean.
