Front desk staff helpful and friendly. Room floors dirty but everything else clean, I chalk it up to human error, we all get busy a slip up occasionally. I asked that it be cleaned and for extra blankets, everything was taken care of.

The service and hospitality from the staff was beyond terrible. The second night I was there I woke up with a mouse in my bathtub. To which I was able to trap it. After getting a hold of the front desk, the lady acted like the situation was nothing and said there was no one at the time that could help me. I was taken back with the lack of empathy and failure to apologize for the situation. I kindly hung up the phone and cancelled my bookings for the rest of the night and demanded a refund. This was beyond ridiculous, unacceptable, and absurd behavior.
