The staff made the stay amazing! They were attentive kind and thoughtful. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was large. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The continental breakfast was really good and they had different options each day we were there.

It was nice being greeted by the receptionists when I was coming and going! I liked just about everything about the hotel except for my actual room — the noise coming under the door and on the wall at the head of the bed.. the room (115) is just off the breakfast and general open area and the reception. I heard the frequent sound of an elevator, a mechanical sound clicking off and on constantly in the night. And then there’s the noise that comes under the door at all hours as well. There were people speaking very loudly after 10 PM and in the morning it sounded like suitcases being rollied by.

Disappointed in the front desk staff mostly. One gentleman made along rambling speech about how my last name should be my first name and that my last name wasn't a common last name? It's my name get over it. We checked in and after getting to our room we were subjected to fighting, yelling and swearing for more than an hour next door. When checking at the front desk they didn't seem to have an option to move rooms and just called the room without asking me what I was comfortable with. They didn't check up on me or my family afterwards nor offer any apologies or alternative options. My kids didn't need to hear that language for so long. The front desk staff could be more approachable, friendly and generally considerate
