Water temperature in the shower would not stay constant it would go from hot to cold, back and forth., very uncomfortable. Asked twice to have the soap dispenser in the shower refilled, it never was. The bed frame was made of flimsy metal that would make a popping noise when getting in and out of bed.

It was alright. Not horrible. Not the greatest.
Good for the price. However I needed a tooth brush and laundry (plastic) bag that most hotels have on hand. They didn’t. Breakfast was good but no fresh fruit but they did offer warm biscuits, eggs, sausage and gravy. They had a waffle maker. When I turned the heat on it worked quickly. However it left a burnt smell in the room. When you turned on the microwave in my room one of the lights turned off. I don’t know anything about electrical stuff but it didn’t seem right. Sheets were clean. Bed was standard. Water pressure was great. Lotion in the bathroom seemed … used. Half full. No bugs. Bathroom was freshly painted. No mold. Towels were fluffy but rough (per usual) Over all it was decent. Probably a 6/10 or 3/5.

Checked in, The girl at the counter was super sweet. Room was ok, It strange not having carpet but wood looking floors. Kinda makes the room feel cold. Went to take a shower and no wash rags, and the soap dispenser on the shower wall was empty. It only had Conditioner. Luckily I travel a lot for work and bring my own soaps.

The room was filthy. There was a sticky substance on the floor. When I dropped a wet cloth to wipe it up, it came away black. A closer look revealed many mystery drops all over the floor. The bathroom looked so dirty we left without showering. The bed was hard as a rock and actually caused injury. There were no markings identifying this as a Best Western, maybe it’s a new acquisition but it’s definitely not the Best Western we can usually rely on.

Bad Service
We had a 3pm check in and arrived around 4:30pm. After making it to our room we notice the room had not been cleaned and that there were no clean towels, bed sheets, blankets, or pillow cases. I called the front desk to have them come put sheets on the bed but no one ever did. We returned that evening from a wedding with hopes our room would be cleaned and it wasn't. I then called the front desk and they told me they would bring me sheets but that I would have to put them on. We got sheets, no pillow cases, and one towel to share. What kind of establishment is this? I will not recommend or stay here again. Disgusting.

Close to i-20 entry and exit access from the motel difficult due being on a busy street but its plenty of food and shopping nearby including some within walking distance. Friendly staff and easy check in. Room was clean, bed was solid. Linens were clean but had a few light surface stains. outdated microwave and tv had options like Amazon prime but wouldn’t work, kept saying check HDMI! The stay was quiet with exception of people standing outside in groups talking and playing music. Visitors with work trucks had them parked making parking limited for other paying guests. Breakfast was a nice touch with options such as waffles omelets cereal juice and hot coffee. I’d stay again if in the area

Great stay for the price
We have stayed at this location in the past, before it was renovated. The rooms are so much nicer. Very comfortable bed and everything was clean. The only minor annoyances we had were that the bathroom light was very dim and the metal under the bed kept banging when one of us would sit down on the bed. We will definitely consider staying at this location again when we are in the area.
