The directv didnt work, staff came in and somewhat fixed it but we only got 3 channels. The sofa bed wasnt good for the kids, all springs. No ice on 2nd floor. Room was clean.

When we checked in the computer had a glitch so it took a long time person checking us in was very good and tried her best there was a large gathering of people waiting for an event in the meeting room. The were loud and were scattered between the lobby and dining area all of the parking spaces were full with their cars layout of the room was poor coffee pot was on the very small vanity and was rusted out on the bottom shower got the bathroom floor wet.
