Desk clerks could be a little more attentive
When we checked in, the desk clerk was very friendly and helpful, but after that, all of the desk clerks seemed totally preoccupied with their iPhones or whatever else they were doing, oblivious to customers coming in and out - this is the seventh hotel we’ve been in on this trip, and in every other hotel, we were greeted warmly each time we came and left.

The only improvement i witnessed was the breakfast. then presentation lacked freshness of the food items. The fruit needed replaced to be more inviting.
