My family and I stayed here and literally planning our next visit. It's one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever visited. Even my hard to please teen and kids were over how and wanted to stay longer. I highly revommend this hotel for everyone looking to enjoy their stay away from home. Nice staff. Especially Zar!

Room was very cute. Unfortunately the air conditioner didn't work and management never returned my messages. The food was horrible but the burger and lamb lollipops were safe.

I love the rustic elegant feel of the hotel. The heated pool was incredible and we could see horses out of our window. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were pleasant. One comment would be that having an option for 2 keys (they are real keys), would have been nice. Also- I had a Hendricks martini at the bar and it was $35. That seems expensive to me! Great experience and can't wait to go back.

They charge a lot for nothing much not enough lights are in the rooms. They close the pool at 9pm so early and pool is not inside the hotel building it’s outside you have to walk outside to get to the pool. Bath tub had mold on the corners the couch in the room has a big stain they didn’t do anything about it that’s yuck also they don’t say anything for women to get in the pool with thongs and because of that this is not suitable for the family. They used too much chlorine and burnt my eyes. It doesn’t even worth 4 stars and as I said they overcharged it. Also some of their staffs attitudes like they own the hotel. They’re careless. I regretted and spent so much money for it and for nothing

Hidden gem! A gorgeous setting with comfortable and high end room finishes. Very grand setting. It felt like I had left Tyngsboro and unexpectedly landed in the European countryside. Desk staff was friendly and helpful but messed up a couple of times. I arranged for a key left for my partner and the shift changed and the info was not shared. Also, I was overcharged for the credit card hold to include room charges though my room was prepaid. Glad I noticed before I paid twice! All that is needed is a little more attention to detail on the admin side. Everyone was friendly and apologetic for the errors but they were really unnecessary. Otherwise a great stay.

I stayed and I have to say for the price and service of the stay it’s not worth it the real issue I had is I was double charged for the night I paid 358 thru Expedia stayed the night and a employee on check in took my card for accidentals so I assumed no big deal I check out and leave and realized I was charged another 455 I called straighten it out they claimed to refund me asap still haven’t seen it I did get a receipt for a 267 refund thru email but what about the remaining almost 200 I’m so upset I came out for a vacation and it’s being ruined by me having to call everyone to straighten it out absolutely unacceptable never using Expedia or this hotel again my 2 week vacation is now getting cut short because of both of these parties

They interrupted and entered the room unprofessionally with aggressive behavior for no reason. This is supposed to be a high end hotel but our romantic stay turned into night terror.
