"Very nice neighborhood and there is a sight uphill walk to the property from the street parking. Steve is very attentive and responsive to any need or question. Loved the deck view of the ocean sunsets - breathtaking and we enjoyed the 75” TV. Only negative we having to deal with tiny ants but Steve provides pest spray. We used beach chairs and towels for our beach trips"
