• Pet fee: BRL 35 per pet, per stay

• Late check-in fee: 60-percent of room rate for check-in between midnight and 4:00 AM

• Upon check-in, parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years old are obligated to present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example).
