Apartamento não estava limpo , mas limpamos para ficar melhor.como já falaram muita exigência para um apartamento simples.tv com defeito não é smart.fora isso fui acusada de desaparecer com uma peça da máquina de lavar .paguei para não me aborrecer mais.foi constrangedor pois me mandou a foto de uma máquina nova com a referida peça.então .foi a primeira locação por esse app,decepção

Experiência bem desagradável
O apartamento é de bom tamanho, ótima localização, porém tem muita coisas quebrada dentro, inclusive a imagem da TV está péssima. A vaga de garagem é péssima, extremamente apertada, carro de grande porte não é possível estacionar, além de deixarem varias bicicletas muito próximo ao carro. A proprietária do imóvel depois de fechado veio com muitas exigências absurdas, como, não pode entrar com areia na apto, disse para deligar o ar condicionado quando saisse até ai ok, porém caso não desligasse o zelador iria entrar no apto, achei um absurdo, invasão total de privacidade, tenho isso formalizado por e-mail que ela enviou. Essa proprietária nos deixa tão desconfortável, não permite que tenhamos uma boa estadia, pois são tantas restrições e recomendações, que perdemos até a vontade de cozinhar no apartamento. Eu já aluguei imóveis em várias plataformas e nunca vi fazer um contrato para apenas 2 dias de locação. Jamais voltaria a me hospedar nesse imóvel, somente a moça Rose da vistoria foi agradável.

Apartamento amplo, limpo e condomínio seguro. Boa estadia e voltaria outras vezes. Sentimos muita falta de utensílios de cozinha, principalmente pratos, xícaras e taças, há algumas coisas de plástico, mas não conseguimos usar devido ao estado de conservação. Alguns itens também fizeram falta, a exemplo de panos de chão, panos de prato... tivemos que comprar para utilizar. Acredito que poderia ser deixado algumas coisas básicas pra quem chega ao apt, a exemplo de papel higiênico, detergente e algum desinfetante. Pequenos ajustes para uma melhor estadia.

Ótimo apartamento, gostamos da estadia. Um problema que gerou desconforto foi o fato da TV parar de funcionar e nada ter sido feito à respeito. Entendemos que acidentes acontecem porém creio que seja injusto fazer com que os hóspedes paguem pelo imprevisto. Sugerí o reembolso de parte do valor pago pela reserva porém não houve aceitação por parte da anunciante.
