We also want to say the staff are super friendly and helpful especially the young man at check in counter. The onsen is also being managed well but some foreigners didn’t wash their bodies before getting into the onsen. I hope the staff will remind them about that at check in. "

Only a couple of the overly numerous front desk staff speak reliable English. As in all Japanese hotels I have used, very poor TV offerings in English, almost pointless. I have stayed at this hotel for two to three week stays in three of the past eight years as I have family in Tokyo. Would have been more except for stringent Japanese COVID restrictions. Entirely honest in billing. Fair costs but well above average for travelers with budget worries who should probably stay elsewhere."
