Impressive hotel. Great location. Excellent car park. Superb breakfast. Took a room in the villa which was very comfortable. Only odd thing was, the external door doesn't appear secure. We were woken by a woman shouting at our door at 05.30. Hotel were totally unbothered by this & told us to call the police! Don't book the villa if you are woman travelling alone.

Beautiful hotel with great staff. The breakfast was excellent. Easily my favorite place I stayed in Germany! Being able to walk outside to so many restaurants and along the lake is great. There is some construction going on on the road right in front of the hotel that makes it a little more difficult to find. I called the front desk and they were very helpful with directions. Essentially you need to come in from the west, everything from the east side is too difficult.

Not a Bad Hotel at all
Nice, smart hotel, welcoming with a complimentary drink on arrival. Good breakfast buffet, perhaps slightly understaffed. Just lacking a bit of atmosphere? Beautiful grounds next to the Bodensee and a short stroll to a choice of bars and restaurants.

Das Hotel und die Umgebung sind sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet abwechslungsreich und gut. Nur das Zimmer und die Einrichtung darin entsprach nach unserer Auffassung nicht dem geforderten Preis. Da es aber nur eine Nacht war, haben wir es so akzeptiert.

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön am See, die Zimmer zur Seeseite sind schön. Der Frühstücksraum war allerdings morgens total überfüllt, es fühlte sich an, wie in einem Billighotel auf Mallorca. Was allerdings besonders dreist war, war die Nutzungsbedingung der Ladestation. Wir hatten unser eAuto über Nacht zum Laden angehängt und am nächsten Morgen wieder abgehängt. Nun sehen wir auf der Rechnung neben den Kosten für den Strom eine zusätzliche Nutzungsgebühr von 80 EUR, so dass der Ladevorgang insgesamt 102 EUR gekostet hat. Hinweise auf eine Nutzungsgebühr gab es natürlich nicht, also reine Übervorteilung des Kunden. Sehr frustrierend !!!
